Marilyn Eckley
Senior Vice President for Enterprise Operations

Marilyn Eckley is the Senior Vice President for Enterprise Operations for the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. She is responsible for managing administrative functions and information solutions to support the entire AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies.

Prior to her career at AmeriHealth Mercy, she served as an Executive Director and President at UnitedHealth Group, where she was responsible for growth, operations and strategic development.
She spent nearly a decade with the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, where she was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Office of Children, Youth and Families. In the role, she oversaw $2.5 billion in resources for more than one million children and families across the state.

Ms. Eckley received her Master of Public Administration and her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Pennsylvania State University. She is certified in the SIX SIGMA Executive Training program.
