Jeanie Heffernan is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. She provides leadership and management of the Company's Human Resources activities in Philadelphia and affiliated plans in the Lehigh/Capital and Northeast regions of Pennsylvania, Charleston, South Carolina, Louisville, Kentucky, and Indianapolis, Indiana. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Heffernan is responsible for strategy development, recruitment and staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits as well as organizational development and change management for the Company's more than 2,000 associates.
