Jay Feldstein, DO, is Regional President, Northern Division, at the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. As Regional President, Dr. Feldstein oversees the company's health plans in the Northern Division, which include Keystone Mercy Health Plan and AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan in Pennsylvania, and MDwise Hoosier Alliance in Indiana. In this role, Dr. Feldstein is responsible for the plans' marketing, provider network management, medical management, government relations, and financial operations. |

As Corporate Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Gelzer is responsible for overseeing the medical management strategy, medical policy development, quality management, corporate provider network strategy and medical informatics for all AmeriHealth Mercy health plans. |

Robert H. Gilman is Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs, and General Counsel for AmeriHealth Mercy. His primary responsibility is to oversee the Legal Affairs Department as its lawyers and staff provide legal advice and representation for AmeriHealth Mercy and its affiliates. |

As Chief Executive Officer, J. Michael Jernigan founded Select Health of South Carolina, Inc., the first Medicaid health plan in South Carolina in 1995, in an effort to help low-income families improve access to health care in the state. Under his leadership, the health plan has expanded to all 46 counties in South Carolina and membership has grown to more than 200,000 members in 15 years. |

He is responsible for the investigation of new markets, development of business plans and feasibility studies, maintaining the company sales “pipeline”, development and sales/marketing of new products (including PerforMED, AmeriHealth Mercy’s administrative services and care coordination initiative), responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) and marketing support for the HMO and provider sponsored network administrative service product lines. |
