Janine Kilty
Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Janine Kilty is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Human Resources Officer for the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies. She provides leadership and management of the Company's Human Resources activities across the family of companies. Ms. Kilty is responsible for strategy development, recruitment and staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits as well as organizational development and change management.

Ms. Kilty brings to the role more than 25 years of HR executive experience in diverse industry settings, including health provider, health insurance and medical devices companies. Prior to her role with AmeriHealth Mercy, Ms. Kilty was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Carestream Health, Inc., a privately held health imaging and information technology solutions company, where she led a carve out from its parent company, Eastman Kodak Company, and established comprehensive global HR functional capability, aligned to drive optimal business results.

Prior to Carestream Health, Janine was Vice President and Worldwide HR Director with Eastman Kodak Company, where she led Human Resources for five global businesses, each with $1.5 - 2.5B in revenue; and Sr. VP, HR and Academic Affairs with the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia, PA.

Janine has a Master's Degree in Adult and Organization Development from Temple University in Philadelphia.
