in a CEO Forum on Best Practices and Challenges for Medicaid
Insurance Health Plans, at America's Health Insurance Plan's
(AHIP) annual Medicaid Conference on Wednesday, September 13th
from 1:15 pm - 2:20 pm.
Moderated by Karen Ignagni, President and Chief Executive Officer,
AHIP, this panel of Medicaid health plan executives will examine
best practices and operational challenges facing Medicaid plans
in an environment where states are considering fundamental changes
in their benefit structure and delivery systems.

to Medicaid of Providing Payer Clinical Data to Emergency Rooms.
In this case study presentation, Dr. Feldstein will discuss
a pilot project currently underway with MEDecision, Inc. to
provide Patient Clinical Summaries to emergency rooms in the
Philadelphia, PA area. The presentation will focus on the many
benefits of providing clinical patient data to providers at
the point of care.
