Philadelphia, PA – Two affiliates of the AmeriHealth Family of Companies will present at the Medicaid Member Outreach, Education & Communication Conference. This conference is being held at the Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando, FL, December, 3-4, 2007.
Lucy Ricketts, Director, Public Affairs and Cultural and Linguistic Services, Passport Health Plan, will present Trust Building with Medicaid Members to Reduce Fears & Stigmas on Monday, December 3 at 11:15 a.m. Ricketts will address issues such as instilling trust and promoting the value of health insurance, and how to advertise available extra-medical services.
